How this site handles — or rather does not handle — your personal data.
What this site does not do
This site sets no cookies, uses no trackers and runs no analytics. You are asked for no consent because there is nothing to consent to.
Typefaces are served from this site rather than from a third-party service: viewing a page sends your IP address to no one but the host. No video, map or social media widget is embedded.
The contact and application forms send nothing to this site: they prepare a message in your own email client, which you review and send yourself. Nothing is transmitted until you do, and no intermediate server sees what you write. The only two scripts your browser runs assemble that message and display a banner when you click “Member area”; neither records anything.
The data you send us
The contact and application buttons open your email client. If you write to us, we process your email address, your name and the content of your message, for the sole purpose of replying and, where relevant, preparing a collaboration.
The legal basis for this processing is the performance of pre-contractual steps taken at your request, or our legitimate interest in answering enquiries addressed to us.
Recipients
Your messages reach the collective’s professional mailbox, hosted by Google Workspace (Google Ireland Limited). Only the members of the collective concerned have access to it. No data is sold, rented or passed on for advertising purposes.
The site host keeps technical logs (IP address, page requested, date) for security and diagnostic purposes, unrelated to the content of your exchanges.
Retention
Exchanges are kept for three years from our last contact, then deleted. Data relating to an ongoing assignment is kept for the duration of the contractual relationship and the applicable legal periods.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to, restrict and port the data concerning you. These rights are exercised by email at the contact address given in the legal notice.
If our answer does not satisfy you, you may lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority (CNIL), 3 place de Fontenoy, 75007 Paris — cnil.fr.
